Overall Goal of the Competition
The primary objective of this competition is to raise awareness about the needs of individuals with autism in the Republic of Korea and globally. It aims to promote the MIND philosophy (Music, Interaction, Network, Diversity) as a pathway to independence and career development, and to support fundraising efforts for the Min Yoongi Treatment Center by showcasing the best works during the “Art Bridge for Good” charity telethon.
The competition seeks to engage ARMY to demonstrate the beauty of inclusion through art, express solidarity with Min Yoongi’s social initiatives, and highlight the potential of every individual. Special emphasis is placed on international exchange of experience and fostering collaboration with organizations working with autism in various countries.
What is the ART BRIDGE FOR GOOD telethon? It is a unique show that will combine a live broadcast of an offline concert with the interactive online presence of viewers from all over the world. The program is planned to feature performances by artists, musicians, and creative groups, as well as sincere dialogues and interviews with invited guests. And at every moment of this live broadcast, any viewer from any corner of the planet can become part of the story by making a donation to expand the Min Yoongi Center.

The competition comprises three main categories, which reflect the core focus areas of the Min Yoongi Treatment Center:
  • Category 1: “My Path to Independence” (Focus: Self-Reliance and Overcoming)
    ·Focus: Reflecting personal stories of achieving small or large steps towards independence. These can be metaphorical stories about finding one’s voice, overcoming barriers, or self-acceptance.
    ·Keywords: Courage, first step, personal progress, overcoming fear.
    ·Connection to the Center: Reflects the experiences of children learning at the Min Yoongi Treatment Center, their first musical rehearsals, and performances.
  • Category 2: “Harmony of Hearts” (Focus: Music, Art, and Collaboration)
    ·Focus: Interaction, the power of group therapy, and the integration of arts. Films demonstrating how creativity (music, dance, painting) unites people and creates a new “shared” masterpiece.
    ·Keywords: Collaboration, fusion therapy, harmony, interaction.
    ·Connection to the Center: A direct reflection of group social therapy based on music and an art-fusion approach.
  • Category 3: “Culture of Possibilities” (Focus: Career and Future)
    ·Focus: Envisioning a future where individuals with autism actively participate in cultural and artistic life. Films can be documentary (interviews with those who have already found their place) or fictional (visualizing dreams of a career in art).
    ·Keywords: Career, potential, inclusive society, art as a profession.
    ·Connection to the Center: Emphasis on the aspiration to seek career growth beyond social enterprises.
International Aspect and Collaboration

Goal of Involving Organizations:To introduce the Min Yoongi Treatment Center to organizations in your country, stimulating potential collaboration and exchange of experience between the Min Yoongi Treatment Center and local institutions.
Evaluation Priority: Works that involve organizations and centers working with autism from participating countries (your country) will receive priority in selection. This involvement can be demonstrated through:
Expert Participation: Including the opinions of specialists from local centers who analyze the MIND program.
Demonstration of Collaboration: Films showing how the MIND program can be adapted or integrated with local initiatives.
Research Component: Works analyzing current autism therapy methods in a specific country and comparing them with the approaches of the Min Yoongi Treatment Center, highlighting the potential of the MIND program.

Geography: Filmmakers from various countries are invited to participate.

Finalist Format: A maximum of 10 finalists will be selected (3 from each category and 1 Grand Prix - a special jury choice), provided their works meet the criteria. The number of finalists may be fewer than 10 if the submitted works do not reach the required quality standard or do not align with the theme.

  • Stage I: Announcement and Submission Period
    Official launch of the competition on the organizers’ platforms.
    Acceptance of submitted works.
  • Stage II: Judging
    Jury: Composed of organizers, art therapy representatives, autism experts (including representatives from international organizations), and public figures.
    ·Evaluation Criteria:
    Thematic Relevance and Spirit of the Center (40%): How deeply the work conveys the ideas of independence, inclusion, and music.
    Quality of International Collaboration and Expertise (30%): How effectively the work presents the opinions or experiences of local organizations and how well the potential for collaboration is revealed.
    Cinematic Quality (20%): Direction, editing, sound, visual composition.
    Emotional Impact (10%): The ability to evoke empathy and inspiration in the viewer.
  • Stage III: Finale and Telethon “Art Bridge for Good”
    Announcement of up to 10 finalists.
    Charity Telethon “Art Bridge for Good”: The best works will be showcased live to a global audience on the day of the telethon.
    During the broadcast, calls for donations and support for the activities of the Min Yoongi Treatment Center will be made. Special attention will be given to showcasing successful international collaborations.
Positive Impact of the Competition
The “My Inner World: Hear Me” competition will become an international movement, uniting creativity, philanthropy, and research. It will not only be a component of the fundraising program for the Min Yoongi Center but will also create a platform for dialogue between various countries and organizations working with autism. This approach will significantly broaden the reach and impact of the MIND philosophy, attract new resources and partners for the Min Yoongi Center, and change public perception of individuals with autism by presenting them as active, creative, and potentially valuable members of the global community.
