I. General Provisions and Ethics1.Respect and Inclusion: All works must be imbued with a spirit of respect, empathy, and inclusion. Any form of discrimination, offense, stigmatization, or negative stereotyping towards individuals with developmental differences (or any other social groups) is strictly prohibited.2.Personal Data Protection: If real people, especially children or individuals with developmental differences, participate in the film, written consent for filming and the use of their images (from themselves or their legal representatives/guardians) is mandatory.
3.Compliance with Law: All materials must comply with the laws of the Republic of Korea and international law.
4.Copyright: Use only content (music, images, video) for which you have the rights. If you use copyrighted music, images, or video, you must provide proof of a license or permission for their use. The use of original music or music from free libraries is encouraged.
II. Content Requirements (What to Include and What to Avoid)1.Competition Theme: Your work must clearly correspond to one of the three categories:a)“My Path to Independence”
b)“Harmony of Hearts”
c)“Culture of Possibilities” Show how art (especially music), interaction, and new opportunities can lead to growth and independence.
2.Inspiration from the Min Yoongi Treatment Center:a)It is encouraged if your film includes a brief presentation or mention of the Min Yoongi Treatment Center, its mission, and the MIND program (Music, Interaction, Network, Diversity). This could be a short voiceover narration, infographic, or dialogue between characters inspired by the Center’s ideas.
b)You can explore the ideas underlying the MIND program: musical rehearsals, official performances, group social therapy, and the integration of various art forms.
3.International Collaboration (Priority):a)We strongly recommend that you involve organizations or centers working with autism in your country in the creation of your work.This can include:
Interviews with specialists or beneficiaries from these centers.
Showcasing joint activities or a project inspired by the MIND philosophy.
An analysis of how the principles of the MIND program can be applied or adapted in your country.
Sharing the importance of collaboration with the Min Yoongi Healing Center for the development of inclusion in your country.
b) Please provide the name and contact details of the involved organization in your application and in the film’s credits.
4.Storytelling: Tell a story! It can be a true story, a fictional narrative, or an animation. The key is that the story is clear, emotional, and inspiring.
5.Positive Message: Your work should convey a positive and hopeful message, emphasizing potential and possibilities rather than limitations.
6.Reference to the Telethon: In the final credits or opening sequence of the film, it must state: “Produced as part of the global telethon Art Bridge for Good in support of the Min Yoongi Treatment Center.”
III. Technical Quality RequirementsEven if you are a beginner, please try to pay attention to the following aspects. Modern smartphones and free editing software can achieve good results!
Video Quality:1.Resolution: Minimum resolution Full HD (1920x1080 pixels). 4K is preferred if possible.
2.Lighting: Ensure that your subjects are well-lit. Avoid excessively dark or overexposed shots. Natural light is your best friend.
3.Stabilization: Try to avoid shaky footage. Use a tripod, a stabilizer, or simply film with support on a stable surface.
4.Sharpness: Shots should be in focus.
5.Editing: Smooth transitions between scenes and a logical sequence.
Audio Quality:1.Audio Clarity: Sound should be clear and intelligible. Avoid background noise (wind, extraneous conversations, echo) that interferes with perception.
2.Volume: The volume level should be consistent throughout the film, without abrupt changes.
3.Music: If you use music, ensure it does not overpower dialogue or voiceovers. It should complement, not interfere.
Runtime:1.
Strictly 5 to 15 minutes.
Works shorter than 5 minutes or longer than 15 minutes will not be considered for selection. Please consider the time from the beginning to the end of the film, including opening and closing credits.
Language and Subtitles:1.Primary Language: Can be any (your country’s language).
2.Subtitles: You must superimpose the subtitles onto the video in
English. Subtitles should be clear, easy to read, and synchronized with the speech.
File Format:1.Container Format: MP4 or MOV
2.Aspect Ratio: 16:9
Credits:Please be sure to include the following in your final credits:
1.Film Title.
2.Your name/team member names.
3.Country.
4.(Mandatory!) Name of the involved autism organization/center and its country (if applicable).
5.Materials used (music, video clips, if not your own).
6.Words of support for the Min Yoongi Treatment Center (optional).

Promotion and Social Media Activity1.Posts about the Creation Process: We encourage posts on your social media about the process of creating your film. Share behind-the-scenes footage, thoughts, ideas, challenges, and achievements.

3.Audience Engagement: Your posts will help draw attention to the competition, the work of the Min Yoongi Treatment Center, and the telethon itself. The more people who learn about our mission, the more support and funds we can raise for the Center.
4.Reward for Activity: We will be monitoring participants’ activity on social media. The most active and creative participants, demonstrating the greatest enthusiasm and engagement, will be recognized and announced live during the Art Bridge for Good telethon!
V. Application ProcessVideo Upload: Upload your film to a platform (e.g., YouTube) with public access. Ensure the video is accessible for viewing.
